of payment and when will I get billed?
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Postal Money orders.
Sorry, we do not accept checks. We will charge your credit card
when we ship your order. Money order payments must be received before
we can ship your order. (Please note Purchase Order #’s on
money orders sent) All Money orders can be sent to:

2) When can I expect
my order?
For in stock merchandise, please allow up to 7 business days for
delivery via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard Ground service.
For custom orders or out of stock merchandise, please allow up to
3 – 4 weeks.
3) What is your return/exchange
policy?
You have up to 14 days from date of receipt to return any item in
it’s new and unused original condition for a refund or store
credit less shipping cost. A return authorization must be received
before merchandise may be sent back to us. You are responsible for
return shipping.
For sizing exchanges, we offer one complimentary exchange at no
shipping cost.
Personalized or Special order items are not returnable.
4) How do I measure
my pet?
For clothing, measure from the base of the neck to the base of the
tail and the girth of the chest (in inches).

5) May I cancel and

Cancellations or changes may be made within 12 hours of order placement.
